My yoga journey started at the age of 17 through the teachers training course at Bharat Artistic Yoga Centre in Budhanilkantha. I started teaching yoga when I was 18 under the same association in UAE.

 I am. a 200 and 300 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor.
