The 4 weeks of Bootcamp will give people an opportunity to experience the high energy and laser focus approach of Bootcamp with the inner stillness of Yoga.
People will be put through an accelerated result driven program where the emphasis will be on results, results and results.
*Nutritional support by the teacher and the staff.
*Members to lead a disciplined lifestyle for 4 weeks
*Periodic review for every member by the teacher.
This will be based on the needs/wants sheet of every participant.
Special classes by guest teachers once during the 4 week course.
