Tai chi is a mind body exercise that combines principles of martial arts, controlled breathing, traditional Chinese medicine and eastern philosophies.

It involves a series of slow, meditative body movements that were originally designed for self-defense and to promote inner peace and calm

The flowing movements of tai chi contain much inner strength, like water flowing in a river, beneath the tranquil surface there is a current with immense power—the power for healing and wellness
