I’ve really enjoyed going to Sooriya Wellness, I had never really done yoga before and now I’ve tried nearly all of the different ones on offer! The instructor was really patient and told me where my muscles are tighter and how to improve.
Friendly and warmhearted environment. I usually like to go to Sooriya at least 10 mins before the class in order I have enough time to calm down and forget my daily businesses. That helps me to concentrate more during the practice. Teachers are professional and always willing to help If any problems occur. I have got a great relief for my migraine and stress from yoga. Yoga is not only a hobby, it has become a lifestyle for me, thanks for Sooriya.
Thanks Soorya for its Yoga classes that helped me to overcome my Anxiety, helped me to keep clam day by day and know myself better. I also wanna thank all the greatful Instructors and the family for their kind hospitality.
